Description

This book is about stationary and dynamic system modelling. Different methods of modelling and model identification from experimental data are presented in the book. Also different kind of physical models like electrical, thermal, mechanical and fluid are compared and analysed. A computer implementation of dynamic system models is presented. Following this, system state-space approach is given. Additionally, numerical methods of PDE are discussed and examples of problems are presented. One of the main focuses is drawn to the induction motor modelling in the synchronous reference frame, the Simulink model is presented. Thermal and fluid mathematical models are studied in the separate section. Model identification and simulation problems are discussed in the finals parts of a book, and practical examples of model identification are presented.
