The dissertation deals with self-testing and self-tuning systems, models of integrated analog filters and their design methods, which are applied in sub-micron integrated circuit manufacturing technologies. It is hypothesized that the selection of suitable self-testing and self-tuning systems enables the testing and matching of integrated filters with the required accuracy using 0.18 μm CMOS integrated circuit technology. The aim of the work is to create self-testing and self-tuning systems for integrated filters, which allow to detect catastrophic and parametric errors and to match the manufactured circuits with the required accuracy. The following tasks were solved in the work: self-testing and self-tuning systems of wireless transceiver units were investigated, block models of the proposed integrated analog RC filter self-testing system were developed and researched, a method of designing tuning matrices of integrated RC filters is proposed, the system of self-tuning of integrated RC filters and its blocks is developed and researched.

The dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters, general conclusions, lists of used literature and the author's publications on the topic of the dissertation, and three appendices.

The introduction reveals the investigated problem, importance of the thesis and the object of research and describes the purpose and tasks of the work, research methodology, scientific novelty, the practical significance of results examined in the dissertation, defended statements and the structure of the dissertation.

Chapter 1 reviews the methods and systems of both analog and digital self-testing and self-tuning of wireless transceiver units. At the end of the chapter, based on the review and analysis, the tasks of the dissertation are formulated.

Chapter 2 reviews the structures of analog RC filters, their parameters, describes the design methods and operating algorithms of integrated analog RC filter self-identification and self-tuning systems.

Chapter 3 presents the design of the self-testing system of integrated analog RC filters and using a computer calculation method, the accuracy of the designed system error detection and application in different filter structures is investigated.

Chapter 4 presents the design of self-tuning system for integrated analog RC filters, using the computer calculation method, the accuracy of filter alignment of the designed system is investigated.

9 scientific articles were published on the topic of the dissertation: 3 – in scientific journals included in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science database, 4 – in the materials of international conferences included in the Clarivate Analyt-ics Proceedings database, 2 – in scientific journals referenced in other inter-national databases. The results of the research carried out in the dissertation were presented in 8 scientific conferences in Lithuania and abroad.
